‘Is Sanz crass and vulgar? Damn straight!
Her forthright, show-no-mercy approach is reminiscent of Sarah Silverman’
Time Out, Sydney
Nearly 10 years and $10,000 after Lou Sanz stuffed the remnants of a failed relationship into a storage unit, she’s here to unpack it.
Neverending Storage is an award winning show (Time Out Critics Choice Award for Comedy) about harsh truths, relationships and the things that represent them.
A gifted comedic writer and performer, Brunswick based comedian Lou Sanz has a clear talent for storytelling.
“The storage unit that I held on to for seven years began to represent all of the emotional baggage in my life,” said Sanz
“It’s also the story of a girl who fell for a boy who didn’t like her that much, and the lengths a girl will go to in order to avoid thinking about the one she thought was the one, ” she said.
Sanz’s extensive resume includes TV, film, online content and live performance. Past credits include writer for SBS lifestyle spoof Life Support, and accolades such winning the Moosehead Award at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival for her show Who is Pricilla Irving? (Not a Rhetorical Question).
Neverending Storage is an engaging and visual show with illustrations by Ginger Meggs cartoonist, Jason Chatfield and direction by John Kachoyan
